Prices

Prices are shown in euros and in Swiss francs, inclusive of any applicable tax. They do not include shipping. The price that applies is the one displayed on the book’s page at the time of the order.

Shipping

Book prices are shown in euros and Swiss francs; shipping and the order total are calculated in euros. Swiss customers may ask for an invoice in francs, at the day’s rate.

Any customs duties and import taxes remain payable by the recipient.

Trade discounts

Practitioners, centres and booksellers: −20% from 5 copies, −30% from 20 copies, across all titles.

Order, invoice and payment

The order form on this site takes no payment. You receive an invoice by e-mail, payable by bank transfer (IBAN shown on the invoice) or by TWINT within Switzerland. The books are shipped once payment has been received.

Delivery times

Packing within three working days from Neuchâtel, to which the postal time of your own country must be added.

Right of withdrawal

Buyers residing in the European Union have fourteen days to withdraw, counting from delivery, without having to give a reason. The books must be returned in a condition that allows them to be resold; return postage is at the buyer’s expense. Reimbursement is made within fourteen days of the return reaching us.

Damaged book or wrong item shipped

We replace the book at our own expense. Simply let us know by replying to your acknowledgement of receipt.
