“We are two. […] These two points of view, that of the expert and that of the person who benefits, meet here, answer one another, complete one another. It is precisely this double voice that makes this book singular.”

Juan Antonio Timor Pineda and Chaime Marcuello Servós

About the book

The book was born of an encounter. Juan Antonio Timor Pineda, an educationalist who has practised the Tomatis Method for more than three decades, and Chaime Marcuello Servós, professor of sociology at the University of Zaragoza and father of Luis, who has Down syndrome, write in two voices: that of the practitioner and that of the family. That is what makes this account singular — the method is looked at from both sides of the headphones.

Foreword by Dr José Mombiela Sanz, neurologist. Contribution by Christophe Besson on the origins and the evolution of the Oreille Électronique, dated Neuchâtel, September 2013.

In the meantime
